Hiring New Postdoc!
We are looking for an enthusiastic fellow to join us at UT Austin for a project funded by the Wellcome Trust. The project focuses on developing an International Data Governance Framework (IDGF) for brain & health data.
A postdoctoral position is available in the Pestilli Lab at The University of Texas at Austin. The postdoc will collect and analyze international legal documents related to the collection, storage and governance of human brain imaging data. This project has a broad reach and could be a great base for developing further projects related to human neuroscience, data science, neuroinformatics, computer science and international law depending on the interest of the applicant. The postdoc will work to select project appropriate laws, rules and regulations, and conduct analyses pertaining to a variety of research interests. The postdoc will also guide the creation and implementation of an IDGF from a legal perspective. The postdoc will lead scientific publications generated during the project that will demonstrate the feasibility of the IDGF.
