2024 Latin America BRIDGE Regional Workshop

The Latin America BRIDGE Workshop took place on June 29, 2024 during Brain Congress 2024 – Brain, Behavior and Emotions; and on June 30, at IDOR Rio de Janeiro.

Among the leaders of the project were Dr. Ricardo Chavarriaga (Switzerland) and Dr. Fernanda Tovar-Moll, president of IDOR. Ambassadors Ivanei Bramati (technology), Victoria Fonseca (legal), Artur Mendes (ethics) and Patricia Rosa (lived experiences) presented their research and contributions to BRIDGE, in addition to participating in a panel with brain researchers. There was also a visit by the ambassadors to IDOR's neuroscience facilities.
